He has no known history with cats or dogs. That being said, if you have a cat at home, our adoption counselors can advise you on the best way to introduce them to Phil. If you have a dog at home, we'll set up a meet-n-greet to see how your resident dog(s) and Phil get along!
While here at the shelter, we've noticed that Phil takes a little bit to warm up to new people. You see, he's a bit shy! But once he comes around, he loves to snuggle up next to you and even play with some toys!
