Sammy Joe Approximately 2001 14.3h Paint Gelding
Sammy Joe came to Lollypop Farm recently in need of medical attention. His left eye needed to be removed due to an infection, and he has since healed very nicely. Sammy is a sweet boy who enjoys grooming time. He gets along with other geldings, although he tends to be top dog out in the pasture. Sammy has a few special needs that need to be maintained, but would make a lovely companion horse. Due to arthritis, he is no longer rideable. Sammy needs to wear a UV flymask outside in the sun to protect his white face. He also has some pretty senior teeth, and eats soaked senior feed & soaked hay cubes. Sammy loves life, and running around playing in his field! He's an all around good boy.
